In his role as Chief Operations Officer (COO), Marcel is responsible for the execution and delivery of Salesforce projects. He has more than 30 years of IT experience within the CRM profession. Salesforce knows no secrets for Marcel. Whether it concerns Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud or Pardot, he helps companies with the implementation of their Salesforce solution. Marcel likes to play tennis or golf in his free time.
Ruben has a broad knowledge of the Salesforce Platform. In addition to his own implementations, he is currently active as a sales consultant. Menno Prass has been working as a Salesforce consultant at Profit4SF since January 2014. In the role of Senior Consultant, he mainly focuses on project management and guiding complex IT integrations. Due to his extensive project experience in recent years, he has fully mastered the Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, enabling him to translate business processes into the best Salesforce solution.
In addition to Salesforce implementation consultant, Freek is also a support manager for our customers and an internal source of information. His extensive experience in various commercial functions in the business community enables him to quickly recognize the underlying processes and wishes of customers and to translate them in the right way to the Salesforce functionality. In his spare time he is enthusiastic runner and sportsman.
Richard works as a Salesforce Lead Consultant at Profit4SF. In this role he works together with the team on the Salesforce architecture and the data model for our customers on the force.com platform. Thanks to his years of experience in the field of process management, he knows how to quickly understand complex process structures for our customers and translate them with sound advice to solutions on the Salesforce platform. Richard also has extensive experience in the field of Field Service Management and knows the issues in this world which is useful for him when implementing the Salesforce Field Service Lightning solution.
Arno worked at the beginning of his Profit4SF career as a Salesforce implementation consultant. With seven Salesforce certificates in the bag and project experience in the various Salesforce Clouds, Arno has a lot of knowledge of the Salesforce platform. Arno currently works as an account manager where he advises existing customers and new companies on how best to deploy Salesforce. Marco is responsible for the developers of Profit4SF where he supports the Salesforce consultants when a project requires customization. He is an all-round developer who has been programming since high school and trained as Salesforce Apex developer in Oxford in 2013. He also has experience in consultancy and Agile project management. His hobbies are in the ICT sphere (gaming, hardware and home automation), but he also likes to play board games and modeling.
Martijn is a Salesforce Consultant who has passion for business processes & ICT. Through his years of experience with the Salesforce platform he can configure and implement any problem within the platform as a solution. He considers transferring knowledge to the customer during implementation very important.
